We invite you to spend your time with us on the Highland Lassie. She is a converted Scottish fishing boat offering a comfortable stay on the Caledonian Canal near Loch Ness. This is a very special place to stay that will make your Highland break memorable!
The Highland Lassie offers four cabins, all with a double bed and en-suite facilities. There are two cabins above deck, and two below, each with access to Wi-Fi. All of our cabins have a quality double bed with luxury bedding, en-suite shower room, complimentary Arran Aromatic toiletries and fluffy towels. Complimentary tea & coffee making facilities ensure you’ll have everything you need to unwind at the end of the day, whether it be in our Wheelhouse, on the Upper Deck, or in our Saloon.
Our portside cabin, Sunart offers splendid views of the River Ness and Caledonian Canal, boasting 6 windows.
Our starboard cabin, Alsh enjoys views across the towpath and along the Caledonian Canal through 5 windows.
Below-deck Cabins: Coming Soon!
Soon, we’ll be able to welcome bookings for our two brand new cabins below deck. Offering all the facilities you would expect from a floating hotel, they will offer a cosy alternative to typical bedrooms. Rest assured, all the facilities you would hope for – en-suite, tea & coffee facilities, double bed and Wi-Fi – will be ready and waiting for you.

Aboard the Highland Lassie, continental breakfast offering smoothies, cereal and toast is included as standard. Cooked breakfast can be offered for a small fee. This can be enjoyed in our saloon or within the comfort of your own cabin. Or why not relax with breakfast on the jetty! Guests can also enjoy lunches and delicious dinners onboard. The Highland Lassie offers an extra special experience when looking for places to eat in and around Inverness/Loch Ness.
