How to Book

Bookings can be made either online through the booking page on our website or by telephone 0789 595 6291

Deposit payment

A deposit of 50% of the total value will be required at the time of booking.  Once payment is received a confirmation will be sent.

Balance can be paid on arrival or days prior to the booking

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, we would require no less than 30-day notice for a full refund.

If less than 14- day notice only half of your deposit will be refunded.  In the event of no notice (no show) there will be no refund, and you may be charged the full value of the booked period.

In the event that we have to regretfully cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, as much notice as possible will be given, a full refund of deposit or balances paid will be immediately refunded.  Upon request we will do our upmost to arrange alternative Bed & Breakfast at the same high standard as ours subject to availability.  Any difference in price will not be covered by ourselves.

Check-in times

From 3pm – 6pm, please let us know if you expect to be a late arrival, as from 6pm your cabin may be re-booked.

We ask that your cabin be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

There is car parking space on the tow path beside the Highland Lassie.

We regret we are unable to accommodate children under 12.

All cabins accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.

Prices are per cabin, per night.  We so not offer single occupancy.

Highland Lassie is strictly non-smoking.  An outside area is available for guests wishing to smoke.

Breakfast is served from 8.30am
